Grow in Faith

Grace and St. Stephen’s offers broadly diverse ways to explore and examine what it means to live in faith. Bringing together a wide variety of intellectual, academic and theological backgrounds, we discuss, debate and discern our perceptions and beliefs—stretching and growing closer to God and one another as we share. We invite you to join in the discussion.

Whether you are new to the Christian faith or a life-long Episcopalian, we invite you to "Seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added unto you." This program transforms lives by providing the resources to live a Christian life in today's world through the Bible as the Word of God, daily prayer and the sacraments. It is an opportunity to develop relationships, ask questions and discern God's calling to serve as a minister of Christ. Join us for the 2018-2019 Faith Seeking Journey beginning Sun., Sept. 9 at 9:15 am in the Zimmerman room. Contact: Carole Young-Schroeder

This program provides lay Christians with the education needed to carry out their ministry in the parish and the world. If you are curious about how God is inviting you to fulfill the promise you made at baptism to serve him--near and far-- EfM may be just what you need. The group meets on Sundays, Sept. through May. Participants commit to one year of the seminar at a time, and may complete the program at any participating parish in the country (or on-line). Contact: Anna Johnson
